Cookie Policy
This page lists every cookie set on melikogluyapigayrimenkul.com, what each one does and how long it is kept. The short version: three cookies are needed for the site to work and your consent is not asked for those; the only other thing is optional visit measurement, and it does not start until you accept.
What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small text file the site you are visiting leaves in your browser. On the next page the browser sends it back, which is how the site remembers what happened a step earlier. It is what keeps your session from dropping while you fill in the contact form, and what stops this notice appearing a second time.

Strictly necessary cookies
Without these three the site does not work: your session drops on every page, the contact form fails a security check, and this notice reappears each time. Turkish data protection law (KVKK art. 5/2) does not require consent for strictly necessary cookies, which is why we do not offer a way to refuse them — doing so would leave the site unusable. None of them identifies you and none is sent to a third party.

Analytics cookies (optional)
We measure which pages get read, where visitors arrive from and at which step they give up, using Google Analytics 4. That tells us which neighbourhood page is doing its job and which guide needs rewriting. Measurement starts **only if you accept**: if you reject, or choose nothing at all, Google's script is never loaded and not one analytics cookie is written.

If you accept, data about your visit is processed by Google Ireland Limited and may be transferred to servers outside Türkiye. Your IP address is configured to have its last section dropped before the hit is stored. That transfer rests on your explicit consent under KVKK art. 9 — withdraw it and no further data is sent.
Changing your choice
You can change your mind at any time, without giving a reason. Your choice is stored in your browser and you will be asked again after 180 days.
You can also delete every cookie this site has left from your browser settings. If you delete the necessary ones too, your session resets and this notice comes back; the site keeps working.
Your rights
Under KVKK art. 11 you have the right to learn whether your personal data is being processed, to request information if it is, to learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used accordingly, to know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom it has been transferred, to have it corrected if incomplete or inaccurate, to request its erasure or destruction, and to require that any such action be notified to those third parties.
